| over 30 years old. Check for DNA Evidence includes blood, blood staining, semen, saliva, positive rape kit, and human hairs. Cold Case is closed when |
| there is an arrest or a suspect has died, prosecutor denies case moving forward, extradition of suspect denied, justifiable homicide, warrant issued and is |
